We understand that not every purchase ends up being exactly what you wanted so if you are unsatisfied in any way, and the product meets the below criteria, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help.
The product was purchased within 30 days, with valid proof of purchase.
The product is eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on ammunition under any circumstances. We also do not except sanitary goods or hazardous materials. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your product, please contact us at email@example.com.
The product is new or unused, which means the product must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable. All Consumable items, such as food, must be returned in their original unopened condition with all seals intact. Used or damaged packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid UPS shipping label. Please take the time to securely package your return. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the products are not damaged during returns due to improper packaging. Include a copy of the original proof of purchase within the package. Affix the UPS shipping label and write the RAN on the outside of the package. To ship the box, please call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS or go online at www.UPS.com to schedule a pick up. Please allow 10 business days for your package to be received and processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days after the receipt of approval for a refund to process. If you receive a refund return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges and Damaged Items
We only replace or exchange items that are defective or damaged. If your items arrive defective or damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact us at email@example.com for further instructions.
